Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 18, 2026. This portfolio is engineered to be highly readable, semantic, and keyboard navigable, reflecting digital best practices.
1. Compliance Target
We aim to align this website's design system with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA standards. This ensures that the portfolio remains accessible to users with visual, auditory, motor, or cognitive conditions.
2. Core Implementations
The design uses several foundational elements to provide accessibility:
- Responsive Viewports & Zooming: Responsive design supports text resizing and layout scaling down to 320px screen widths without loss of functionality.
- Aesthetic Color Contrast: Text colors in both light and dark modes are tailored to meet standard contrast ratios. Link element backdrops maintain high visual distinction.
- WebGL Fallback: If WebGL context is not supported or fails to initialize, the Three.js 3D brand logo ring instantly falls back to a clean, readable CSS grid layout (`.brand-logo-grid`).
- Keyboard Navigation: Skip links, interactive focus states, and logical tab sequences are built into form elements and navigation layers.
- Semantic HTML5: Clean tags (like `<header>`, `<main>`, `<footer>`, and `<section>`) provide structural clarity for screen readers.
3. Automated Audits
This portfolio undergoes automated CDP-based testing to validate DOM integrity, keyboard focus order, image alternative text fields, console error logging, and standard contrast ratios.
